General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the Breathwork sessions, workshops and seminars of Letzbreathe.lu – Linkingbridge Media and Trade Services Sàrl and are established in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws.
The website and services of Letzbreathe.lu are managed by Yeliz Yorcu (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider"). The user of the services is any person who participates in a workshop, session, or any other service offered by Letzbreathe.lu (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").
The General Terms and Conditions define the operation of the services, the rights of customers, and the business relationship between the Service Provider and the Customer.

Access to Information
The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with the following information:
• Company identity (company name, registered office, registration number),
• Contact details enabling quick and effective communication (email, phone),
• Terms of booking and service delivery (methods, locations, and workshop schedules),
• Accepted payment methods,
• Cancellation terms and conditions,
• Explanation of the complaint process and customer service contact information.
Payment Methods
Letzbreathe.lu offers the following payment methods:
• Payment by credit card via POS machine,
• Payment by credit card via the Stripe system (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa),
• SEPA bank transfer,
• Other payment methods available upon request.
An invoice will be sent to the Customer via email once the payment is processed.
Offer Validity
The prices indicated on the website or in communications are in Euros (EUR) and apply to bookings made through these channels.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, except for confirmed reservations.
The service contract is concluded as soon as the booking is confirmed by email or sms. From that moment, the agreed conditions and prices remain fixed.
Booking Process
Bookings can be made at any time via the contact form of the website, by email, or by phone.
An electronic confirmation or an sms will be sent to the email address or phone number provided by the Customer at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
After booking, the Customer will receive a confirmation via email or sms.
For individual sessions, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee. Cancellations on the same day of the session will be charged 100% of the session fee.
For events and workshops, refunds are provided only in case of cancellation by the provider. However, customers may transfer their registration to another person at no extra charge. Once payment has been made, the customer is committed, and his/her place is reserved.
Customer Support
Customer support is available from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
If I do not answer the phone immediately, I will return your call as soon as possible.
Complaints
In case of complaints, the Customer may contact the Service Provider via email at letzbreathe.lu@gmail.com
The Service Provider is committed to handling each complaint diligently and seeking an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the competent court will be in Luxembourg.
